Pepperstone vs IC Markets
Two Australian brokers with similar raw pricing. The main differences are the minimum deposit, platform details and where each is regulated.
Which to choose
Raw costs are close: both charge $3.00 per side on cTrader, and $3.50 per side on their other main platforms (IC Markets on MetaTrader; Pepperstone on its own platform and TradingView). IC Markets cuts this to $1.50 or $1.00 on its Raw Pro accounts ($5,000 and $100,000 minimums). Neither has a minimum deposit on its main global accounts, but only Pepperstone has an FCA-authorised UK entity. Both limit TradingView to their raw-pricing account.
UK traders should look at Pepperstone, as IC Markets does not list an FCA entity. Australian and EU traders can compare both on pricing and platform.
