FxPro has an FCA-authorised UK company with spread betting; IC Markets does not list one. IC Markets publishes no minimum deposit on its main global accounts and a lower $3.00 per side commission on cTrader.
Both onboard many clients outside the UK, EU and Australia through offshore companies, so check which entity you would join.
